COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL EMERGENCY SESSION on January 5th, 1987,
at 8:00 o'clock A. M., with the following members present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

On this the 5th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved to dispense with the reading of the
minutes of the last meeting.

NO. 17005 APPOINTMENT OF BILL RAY, COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT TWO, AS A MEMBER
OF THE KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY LANDFILL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
On this the 5th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Flolland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of BILL RAY, COMMIS-

SIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT NO. TWO, as a member of KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY LANDFILL
DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, to replace former Commissioner EDWARD D. HIGGINS.

The Court met with Road Administrator Jack C. Smith and discussed plans for the Commis-
sioners to tour the County roads with Mr. Smith on January 6th, 7th and 8th, 1987.

The monthly budget report was discussed with the County Treasurer and County Auditor.

A motion was made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved that the Court Adjourn.
