COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT RESOLVED that there was begun and holden on the 1st day of
January 1987, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. in the District Courtroom thereof, in formal session,
a Special January term of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

FRED HOLLAND	COMMISSIONER -	PRECINCT	1
EDWARD D. HIGGINS	COMMISSIONER -	PRECINCT	2

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had to-wit:
County Judge Gordon S. Morriss approved the bonds of Commissioner elect Bill Ray,
Commissioner elect of Precinct No. 2, and Commissioner elect H. A. Baldwin, Commissioner elect
of Precinct No. 4, as County Commissioners of Kerr County, Texas.

On this the 1st day of January 1987, upon motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the bonds of Linda Uecker, District
Clerk; Patricia Dye, Co. Clerk; Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer; Patricia E. Knox,
Justice of the Peace - Precinct One; Betty L. Burney, Justice of the Peace - Precinct Two;
and Danny R. Edwards, County Judge and Ex-Officio County School Superintendent of Kerr County,
Texas.
