On this the 13th day of October 1987, upon motion made
by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved the renewal of a Mandated
Provider Agreement between STEPHEN L. SMITH, D. O. and
KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, beginning October 1st, 1987 through
September 30th, 1988.
