on the commission's annual contracts for those items, whereby the Commissioners' Court may
be allowed to purchase those items from the annual contract; and that Fred Holland, County
Commissioner, Precinct 1, is authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary
requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of Kerr County, Texas.
I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the resolution duly adopted
by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, on the 30th day of November, 1987, and that the
same now appears of record in my office.

n A public hearing scheduled at 5:30 P. M. in the County Courtroom was moved to the District

A public hearing was held in the Kerr County District Courtroom of the Kerr County Court-
house on November 30th, 1987 at 6:00 o'clock P. b1., concerning a proposed Regulation Limiting
the Use of Firearms in the Unincorporated Areas of Kerr County.
Approximately 175 members of the public were present at the hearing.
All parties making a request were given the opportunity to speak and were heard by the
Court.
Approximately 54 members of the public expressed their opinions concerning the use of
firearms.
No orders were passed by the Commissioners' Court concerning the proposed regulation.
