On this the 22nd day of June 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray seconded by Commissioner
Holland
it was unanimously approved that the
resignation of JUDY MAXWELL, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK, be
ratified and confirmed, effective as of June 19th, 1987,
and that she be paid for two vacation days due her,
along with the four days, June 16th thru June 19th, 1987,
on the next payroll.

Dear Pat,
I have enjoyed working for the County but at this time
I am turning in my resignation to you. This is due to the
frequent illness of my four year old daughter. T feel it is
in the best interest of my family that I be at home during
this time. ~~
T feel it is not fair to either you or my little girl
by trying to maintain a good Level of job performance while
knowing there is my need to be at home with my child.
My two weeks verbal notice to you makes this resignation
effective 19 June 1987.
