ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 16533, DATED FEBRUARY 20th, 1986,
RE: APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES IN THE KERB COUNTY
DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 14th day of July 1987, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously
approved by the Court that Order No. 16533, dated February 20th,
1986 - Re: Approval of Accounting Procedures in the Kerr County
District Clerk's Office, be amended, by adding the following:
"Transfer of the "Wolfram Funds" in the amount of $8,987.82,
Account No. 10-350-100, to the following accounts withzz1 the funds:
Acct. #10-340-700 $2642.82 General Fund
#11-340-700 35.00 Jury Fund
# 18 - 3 4 2- 2 0 0 9 8 0. 0 0 County Law Library Fund
#15-350-100 5330.00 Road & Bridge Fund
as recommended by County Auditor Don Williamson."

APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES IN THE KERR COUNTY DISTRICT
CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the .20th day of February 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, it was
unanimously approved by the Court that all County fees collect-
ed by the Kerr County District Clerk be witheld in the District

E Clerk's Account, until such time that the shortage in the amount
of $20,550.20 has been collected, as recommended by the auditing
firm of Deloitte Haskins and Se11s.
It is further ordered by the Court that any restitution in the

above amount shall be deposited with the County Treasurer in the
General Fund.
