ORDER N0. 17577 ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 15071, DATED JUNE 13th, 1983, RE: ORDER IDENTIFYING RESTRICTED PARKING AREA5 IN UPPER LEVEL OF COURTHOUSE YARD AND ESTABLISHING ONE WAY TRAFFIC FLOW On this the 13th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 15071, dated June 13th, 1983, Re: Order Identifying Restricted Parking Areas in Upper Level of Courthouse Yard and Establish- ing One Way Traffic Flow, be amended, by deleting a portion of the first paragraph which reads: "that parking spaces on the east and west sides of the courthouse yard be restricted to two hour parking", and by adding the_followi g "that effective December 1st, 1987, all parking spaces in the Courthouse yard be limited to two hour parking." ORDER N0. 15071 ORDER IDENTIFYING RE5TRICTED PARKING 1~REAS IN UPPER LEVEL OF COURTHOUSE YARD AND ESTABLISHING~ONE wAY TRAFFIC FLaW On this thel3th day of June, I983, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of identifying restricteri parking areas in the upper level of the courthouse yard; and it appearing to the Court that pursuant to Court order #14,992 a public hearing was held at the courthouse on April 13th, 1983 concerning said proposals at which time the Court heard comments pro and con from the attendants thereto, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner „_~~~`_~, seconded by Commissioner Lich , and approved by the Court that parking spaces on the east and west sides of the courthouse yard ' be restricted to two hour parking; and further, that traffic into the yard `be limited toy the Jefferson Street entrance, with traffic exiting at the two places provided on Earl Garrett Street. It is further ordered that traffic flow be limited to one way, going south from the Jefferson Street entrance, and that the provisions of t!iis order be effective immediately. 1n accordance~with provisions of Article 6701g, violators .~ of the provisions hereof shall. be guilty of a misdemeanor and steal 1. , upon conviction, be punished by fine not exceeding $50,00 for the first offense; by a fine not exceeding $200.00 far the second offense; and by a fine not exceeding $500.00 or imprisonment in the county jail. not to exceed sixty days, or both such fine and imprisonment for each subsequent offense.
