COUNTY ATTORNEY TO FILE SUIT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT
IN STATE COURT IN CONNECTION WITH THE JOHN HILL
LITTGATION
On this the 22nd day of June 1987, came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of U. S. District
Court Cause No. SA85CA2027, and upon motion by Commissioner
Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously
approved by the Court to authorize the office of the
County Attorney to file suit for Declaratory Judgment in
State District Court in connection with the John Hill
litigation, for determination of County's responsibility in
payment of legal fees.
