APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF ONE SAVIN 880 COPIER FOR THE DISTRICT
ATTORNEY OF THE 216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT, AS PER LEASE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT
On this the 21st day of December 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved purchase of one Savin 880 Copier for the
District Attorney of the 216th Judicial District, in the amount
of $349.50 -Option No. (1) as per letter received, from COMELCO
- COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT LEASING, and as per lease purchase
agreement (Lease No. 5063-002},
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County
Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund,
payable to COMELCO in the above amount for the purchase of
the machine.

(1) The equipment can be purchased from us at fair ~o ~, ~ uoQ~
market value. Purchase ammunt is shown on
invoice under "Total Due ".
(2) You may rent the equipment on a yearly basis for
58 of original cost, plus tax. Rental fee
for first year of renewal is shown as
"Renewal Option, 1 Year " on invoice and
includes other amounts still owed. Second
year renewal fee will amount to only 58 of
original cost, plus tax, assuming all previous
amounts have been paid.
(3) The equipment can be returned without further
obligations (provided there are no accumulated
taxes, late charges, other fees or remaining
lease balance).
Enclosed is an invoice showing appropriate amounts which are
due by "Due Date ".
If we do not hear from you by the "Due Date " we shall assume
that you do not wish to purchase or rent the equipment and will make
arrangements within the following week or ten (10) days to have it
picked up. Costs of pickup and shipping shall be borne by you, as
lessee (pazagraph 13 of the lease agreement.).
