PENDING OUTCOME OF SUIT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT IN
STATE DISTRICT COURT IN JOHN HILL LITIGATION
On this the 22nd day of June 1987, upon motion by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
and unanimously approved by the Court, it was ordered
that the County Judge request Counsel for the County
and John Hill to withhold all but absolutely necessary
time involvement in U. S. District Court in the John
Hill litigation, Cause No. SA85CA2027, pending outcome
of suit for Declaratory Judgment to be filed in State
District Court.
