ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH HARRY SCHWETHELM FOR LAND TO BE USED BY
KERRVILLE SOUTH VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
On this the 22nd day of June 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved authorizing the County
Attorney, Gary E. Kersey, to prepare a lease agreement
pursuant to ninety-nine years at $1.00 per year for
land owned by Harry Schwethelm, land to be used by
Kerrville South Volunteer Fire Department for placement
of a building, with the understanding that the building
would remain with the Fire Department or succeeding fire
department, but land would revert to Harry Schwethelm if
land is no longer used for or by a Volunteer Fire Depart-
ment.
