ORDER TO COUNTY ATTORNEY REGARDING VIOLATION OF KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION RULES AND REGULATIONS
On this the 12th day of March 1987, upon motion by Commis-
sioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, it was unani-
mously approved by the Court that the County Attorney direct
a letter to the Y. O. Land and Cattle Company, advising that
they are in violation of the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules
and Regulations", and giving them a reasonable time to make
compliance therewith, this order to be void in 10 days unless
the County Attorney approves such action by the writing of
such letter, and further provided, that the County Clerk's
Office accept no more deeds for recordation until this order
is voided or Y. O. Ranch is in compliance with recording
requirements, whichever occurs first.
