COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY DEEDS ON FALL CREEK ROAD AND LAPHAM
ROAD (AKA WITT ROAD)
On this the 24th day of March 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court
unanimously approved that Gary Kersey, County Attorney, be
authorized or instructed to prepare deeds for right-of-way
easements on Fall Creek Road and Lapham Road (also known as .
Witt Road), located in Kerr County, Texas.
