REGARDING CITY-COUNTY RADIO TOSSER SITE
On this the 24th day of August 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
the Court unanimously approved authorizing Gary E. I:ersey,
Kerr County Attorney, to arrange for and verify necessary
easement lines regarding the City-County Radio Communications
Tower in Kerrville, Texas, with current owner, David Snodgrass,
and negotiate settlement for a fence to be constructed around
such facility.
