COUNTY ATTORNEY REQUESTED TO INVESTLGATE POSSIBLE VIOLATION
OF SUBDIVISION RULES AND REGULATIONS IN WEST CREEK HILLS
SECTION ONE
On this the 20th day of April 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was
unanimously approved by the court that the County Attorney
be requested to investigate a possible violation of the Kerr
County Subdivision Rules and Regulations in West Creek Hills
Section One, Lots 10, 12, 13 and 14, and to take such action
as he deems necessary and proper under the law.
