APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY,
EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 15th, 1987
On this the 10th day of November 1987, upon motion made
by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved that County Attorney Gary E.
Kersey be authorized to employ a full-time Assistant
County Attorney at a salary of $30,000.00 per annum,
effective as of November 15th, 1987, payable out of the
General Fund.
