Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
with Commissioners Holland and Baldwin and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray and Lich
voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving acceptance of roadways in NORTHWEST HILLS,
PHASE II, subject to change of name of Sutherland _Dx'ive
and removal of guy wire in right-of-way line, said road-
ways, listed as follows:
Northwest Hills Drive
Fannin Drive
Burnet Drive
and
Presidio Drive

Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINAPY PLAT FOR NORTH-
WEST HILLS PHASE II, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct One, with no variances and that all improvements
that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR
COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations
that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court
on April 9th, 1984.

ORDER APPROVING CHANGE OF NAME OF BONHAM DRIVE, A STREET IN
NORTHWEST HILLS ADDITION, TO BE KNOWN AS MOUNTHAVEN DRIVE,
LOCATED IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT NO. ONE
On this the 13th day of May 1985, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court a request of E. H. Young and Ruby Y.
Young, for a change of name of Bonham Drive, a street in
Northwest Hills Addition, recorded in Volume 5, Page 13
and a Replat of Northwest Hi11s Addition, recorded in Volume
5, Paqe 30, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, located in
Commissioner's Precinct No. One.
Said request for a change of name from Bonham Drive to
Mounthaven Drive has been approved by a petition signed by
all eight landowners having land abutting the street and
also has the approval by the Kerrville Post Office for postal
purposes, signed by J. Brent Moland, Officer in Charge,
Upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commis-
sioner Guthrie , it was unanimously approved by the Court that
the reQUest of E. H. Young and Ruby Y. Young be granted,
changing the name of Bonham Drive, a street in Northwest Hills
Addition to Mounthaven Drive and that said street be redesignat-
ed and renamed as Mounthaven Drive,
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Commis-
sioners' Court be authorized to file a certified copy of this
Order for record in the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas.

It is further ordered that as of this date the above roads t
have been accepted for maintenance by Kerr County.
Motion made'by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner

APPROVAL OF PLAT OF NORTHWEST
HILLS
On this the 13th day of June 1983, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner
Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT
OF NORTHWEST HILLS, provided in so doing that Kerr
County does not accept maintenance of roadways until
residential development shall justify said maintenance
and until roads are constructed, paved, drained and
impedibles removed, according to the specifications
of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.
