On this the 21st day of May 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
with Commissioners Holland, Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting
"AYE" and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING",
said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving
roadways in North Fork One Subdivision for purposes of
maintenance, and releasing Irrevocable Letter of Credit
No. 81 - Maintenance Bond, to Melvin H. Johnson, Jr.,
Executive Vice President, First National Bank of Kerrville.
