Because of the time schedule this may be considered a supplemental agenda item request. I am sending you copies of three different plats: 1) the proposed replat (lot dimensions and certifications to be added); 2) Kerrville Country Estates original plat; and 3) Kerrville Country Estates Section Three. Jack would like to replat all lots that have changed on one new plat. Gary Kersey is to present this to the court for Jack. Let me also make two points that I think you should be aware of: 1) Jack is no longer the owner of all the tracts to be replatted...would signatures of all the land owners need to be on the plat?; and 2) part of this subdivision lies within the ETJ of the City of Kerrville (as highlighted on plat)...can the commissioner's approve a plat within the ETJ?
