On this the 14th day of September 1987, upon motion
made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner
Ray, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Lich and County
Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Baldwin voting
"NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving
acceptance of the bid of COOPER EQUIPMENT COMPANX in the
amount of $17,786.00 for a Self-Propelled Highway Sweeper
(Ford Industrial 200 CID Gas), as recommended by County
Road Engineer Gerald W. Menefee.
