ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF COUNTY DEPOSITORY FOR
TWO YEAR PERIOD
On this the 12th day of January 1987, came on to be consider-
ed by the Court the necessity to make notice by publication
for the County Depository for two ensuing years, as per
Article 2544, Vernon's Texas Statutes, and it appearing
to the Court that such notice should be in compliance with
Article 2544, V. T. S., to enter into a contract with any
banking corporation, association or individual banker of
said County, for the Depository of the County Funds, County
and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School
Funds of said County in any bank; therefore, on motion
duly made by Commissioner Lich seconded by Commis-
sioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court,
that the County Judge be, and is hereby directed to issue
such notice of publication in the official newspaper of
Kerr County, located within the City of Kerrville, Kerr
County, Texas, within twenty days before the Regular
February Term, to comply with said Article 2544, V. T. S.
NOTICE OF SELECTION OF COUNTY DEPOSITORY
The County Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas,
hereby gives notice pursuant to Article 2544, Vernon's
Texas Statutes, that at the Regular February Term of said
Court to be convened on February 9th, 1987, at 10:00 o'clock
A. M., contracts will be entered into for Kerr County
Depositories for a two year period.
Bids will be received from any banking corporation,
association or individual banker doing business in Kerr
County, Texas, setting forth terms for serving as deposi-
tories for all County Funds, County and District Court Trust
Funds and County Public School Funds, or any such individual
class of funds, for a period of two years from the date of
such contract. Bids shall be in compliance with the provi-
sions of Article 2545, Vernon's Texas Statutes.
Notice hereof shall be published once each week, for at
least 20 days prior to the commencement of said February
Term of Court and shall also be posted at the Courthouse
door.
