Upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commis-
sioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin
voting "AYE", (Commissioner Ray "ABSENT"), and County Judge
Edwards "ABSTAINING FROD'i VOTING", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, approving that the bid of CHAS. SCHREINER BANK
is ordered accepted and said bank is hereby selected as
Depository of all County Funds, County and District Court Trust
Funds and County Public School Funds, for the next ensuing two
years.
Said bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds
or deposit sufficient securities as required by law, in the
necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in the proper
form prescribed by law, and submit same, together with copies
of said Depository Contracts to this Court for approval at its
next Regular Term.

corporation, duly incorporated under the laws of Texas, with its domicile and prin-
cipal place of business being located in the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas,
hereby makes application to be designated by the Commissioners' Court at its regular
term in February 1987, as County Depository for the public funds of Kerr County, Texas,
and in support of this application states the following.

specifications for Depository Bid. Services and investments available that 'are not
listed, should be enumerated for our consideration. The Bank representative in
charge of County Banking affairs, and we will consider as our "Contact Person" is
Dennis R. Glenewinkel, Executive .V ice President.
VIII.
Accompanying this application is a certified check for $25,000.00, same be-
ing an amount not less than one-half (1/2) of one (lY.) per centum of said Count's
revenue for the preceding year, as a guarantee of the good faith on the part of said
Bank, and that if applicant is accepted as county depository, it will enter into the
bond required by law or in lieu thereof pledge to said Commissioners' Court securi-
ties of the kind and in the amount provided by law.
