APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE JUDGE IN ELECTION PRECINCT 5 AND
PRESIDING JUDGE AND ALTERNATE JUDGE IN ELECTION PRECINCT 17,
FOR AUGUST Eth, 1987 ELECTION ONLY
On this the 31st day of July 1987, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Baldwin , seconded by Commissioner Holland the
Court unanimously approved the following appointments for
Alternate Judge in Election Precinct No. S, and Presiding
Judge and Alternate Judge in Election Precinct 17, for the
August 8th, 1987 Election only:
Ray J. Roche as Alternate Judge in Election Precinct
5, to replace Mary Cutlip Roche, who is unable to
serve, as she will be out of town,
and
Marium H. Schmerbeck as Presiding Judge and Mign_~nne
Reile Ryan as Alternate Judge in Election Precinct 17,
to replace Peggy M. Grosser, Presiding Judge, and Nancy
N. Wyatt Morris, Alternate Judge, who will be unable to
serve, as they will both be out of town.

We have had sane changes in Election Precincts 5 and 17, since the
appointment of the Election Officials at our regular July term
of Commissioners' Court, listed as follows:
In Election Precinct 5 - Alternate Judge Mary Cutlip Roche
will be unable to serve and we would like to substitute
Ray J. Roche as Alternate Judge for this Election only.
In Election Precinct 17 the Presiding Judge, Peggy M. Grosser,
and Alternate Judge,Nancy N. Wyatt Morris, will both be out of
town and we would like to substitute Marium H. Schmerbeck as
Presiding Judge and Mignonne Reile Ryan as Alternate Judge
for this Election only.
