ORDER NO. 17403 RETURNS OF SPECIAL ELECTION HELD AUGUST 8th, 1987 CANVASSED AND TABULATED On this the 10th day of August 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Special Election held on August 8th, 1987 - Re: "Adoption of a one-half percent County Sales and Use Tax within the County to be used to reduce the County property tax rate", and the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Eighteen Election Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved. Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Lich , seconded by Commissioner Baldwin the Court unanimous- ly approved that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Page 62, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by each member of the Court, are in all respects approved. ~Y i4 ~ ,w.
