by Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner
Holland it was unanimously approved by the Court that
the resignation of WALTER H. NIOORE, PRESIDING ELECTION
JUDGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT NO. 12, be ratified and confirmed,
effective as of this date.
