On this the 14th day of October 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved publication of NOTICE OF ELECTION
TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 3rd, 1987 FOR THE KERR EMERGENCY 9-1-1
NETWORK.

NOTICE OF ELECTION
TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 3rd, 1987
FOR THE KERR EMERGENCY 9-1-1 NETWORK
Notice is given that an election will be held on November
~,.a, 1987 for the proposition confirming the creation of an
emergency communications District and authorizing the creation of
a 9-1-1 emergency service fee by the District. The election will
be held in accordance with the enabling acts of and for Kerr
Emergency 9-1-1 Network and the laws of the State of Texas.
The proposed emergency communications service District is
for the purpose of receiving reports of emergencies from the
service area within the District's boundaries which are the
boundaries of Kerr County, Texas. The 9-1-1 emergency service
fee to be levied would be at a rate not to exceed six percent of
the monthly base rate of the principal service supplier within
the boundaries of the proposed 9-1-1 District.

Notice is given that an election will be held on Novenbex 3, 1987 for the purpose of
voting °'FOR" or "AGAINST" the proposition confirming the creation of an emergency commw~icatios
District and authorizing the creation of a 9-1-1 emergency service fee by the District.

by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at the Kerr County Courthouse during
