RETURNS OF CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER
3rd, 1987, CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 9th day of November 1987, came on to be considered
by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the results
of the Constitutional Amendment Election held on November 3rd,
1987, and the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns
of the Eighteen Election Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing
Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after having been
opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Holland ~ seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin the Court unanimously approved that the
returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Pages 64 thru 74,
Record of Election Returns, and as certified thereto by each
member of the Court, are in all respects approved.
