ORDER N0. 17557 RETURNS OF A SPECIAL ROAD TAX ELECTION FOR RESIDENTS OF WEST CREEK HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION CANVASSED & TABULATED On this the 9th day of November 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Special Road Tax Election for Residents of West Creek Heights Subdivision, held on November 3rd, 1987, "Adopting a 15fi per $100.00 evaluation Special Road Tax for Roundabout Lane and that portion of Sandy Lane that lies within the West Creek Heights Subdivision", recorded in Volume 4, Page 107, of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, and to levy annually ad valorem taxes on all taxable property with the subdivision to redeem $17,300 principal for the purpose of the construction, main- tenance and operation of paved roads, or in aid of these purposes within the Subdivision. The Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Special Election are of the opinion that said returns are true and correct and should be apprpged.
