APPROVAL OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASE OF THE JUSTICE OF
THE PEACE OF PRECINCT N0. ONE
On this the 22nd day of January 1987, came under advise-
ment the proposed salary increase for the Justice of the
Peace of Precinct No. One, pursuant to applicable laws
of the State of Texas, and that said increase be effective
as of January 1st, 1987, and if approved, to implement
same at the special January Term, namely, January 22nd,
1987.
Motion made by Commissioner Rav seconded by Commis-
sioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court
that the salary of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct
One, be increased from the present salary of $11,790.00
per annum to the proposed salary of $15 000.00 effective
as of January 1st, 1987.
