ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OX SALARY BASIS
On the 14th of December 1987, at a ~ Term of the Commissioners'
Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the
matter of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr
County, Texas, for the year 1987-1988, as provided for in Article 3912e,
Sections 2 and 6, R.C.S. of Texas. Upon Motion duly made by Commissioner
liQlland , seconded by Commissioner Baldwin
and unanimously
approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis, as provided by law, for
the fiscal year 1987-1988 .
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare
a certified copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public
Accounts in Austin, Texas.
