RE: MOTION THAT CONSTRUCTION OF FENCE ON FALL CREEK ROAD BE
HANDLED THROUGH BIDDING PROCESS
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners
Holland, Ray and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich
"ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, approving that Order No. 17124, dated February 19th,
1987, Re: Motion that Construction of Fence on Fall Creek
Road be Handled Through Bidding Process, be rescinded in its
entirety.

MOTION THAT CONSTRUCTION OF FENCE ON FALL CREEK ROAD BE
HANDLED THROUGH BIDDING PROCESS
On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County
Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting
"NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving
that the construction of a fence on Fall Creek Road be
handled through bidding process.
