COUNTY JUDGE AUTHORIZED TO WRITE LETTERS TO DUANE F. SUTHERLAND
AND JERRY SNIDER REGARDING INFRINGEMENT ON USE OF PUBLIC RIGHT
OF WAY
On this the 12th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners
Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE", and Commissioner Holland and
County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, that County Judge Edwards be authorized to write
letters to Duane F. Sutherland and Jerry Snider to the effect
that the Court has been made aware that they are infringing on
the use of public right of way, by use of locked gates and/or
fencing on Bayless Drive and Gay Drive in Hill Country Ranch
Estates.
