ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENfiS ON VINE STREET
AND LILLIAN DRIVE IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,515.00
On this the 8th day of September 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING
FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving acceptance of donations in the amount of $6,515.00
from Don Newman and Streeter King, for road improvements on
Vine Street and Lillian Drive, as recommended by Road
Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee.
Said donations to be placed in escrow by the County Treasurer,
Dorothy H. Hilburn, in an interest bearing account, until
such time that said improvements may be made.

Our checks totaling the $6515.00 donation to the Kerr County Road
and Bridge Department are enclosed. This amount will cover the
cost of paving a section of Lillian and Vine Street in the
Kerrville South II subdivision according to the specifications
enclosed, dated Juna 19, 1987.
Please advise us of the Commissioner's authorization for the
completion of this project to Kerr County Road Specifications and
acceptance for county maintenance.
