INC., FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR AIRPORT MASTER PLAN
On this the 23rd day of April 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray seconded by Commissioner Baldwin ,
the Court unanimously approved payment of $3,200.00 to
Blackwell & Associates, Inc., for engineering services for
the Airport Master Plan, in concurrence with the City of
Kerrville.

Dear Judge Edwards:
The City of Kerrville's City Council met this past Tuesday,
April 14, 1987, to discuss various agenda items. Two items
that are of your concern are as follows:
1. The Council awarded a bid to A. C. Jordan for the
sanitary landfill closure, Phase II, in the amount
of $34„750. The Phase II closure contract should
complete the work on our old sanitary landfill. The
bid summary is as follows:

Airport Advisory Board with an updated airport
master plan. They have been compiling the necessary
data, and they are twenty-five percent complete of
their task. The expected date of completion is
scheduled for June 10, 1987.
We request that these items be placed on the Commissioner's
agenda for their consideration at your earliest convenience.

SUMMARY STATEMENT
City Council and County Commissioners Court have commissioned
Blackwell & Associates, Inc., to update the Airport Master Plan for a
lump sum fee of $12,800. Blackwell & Associates, Inc., has been
compiling the necessary data and is twenty-five percent complete.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Make payment in the amount of $3,200 to Blackwell & Associates, Inc.
for completion of twenty-five percent of the Airport Master Plan.
