SURPLUS RADIO IN ROAD & BRIDGE DEPARTMENT TO BE TRANSFERRED
TO THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT ONE
On this the 22nd day of June 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, it was
unanimously approved by the Court that a mobile radio in the
Road and Bridge Department be declared as surplus and be trans-
(erred to the Justice of the Peace of Precinct One.
It is further ordered by the Court that said MCH44 Regency Radio,
Serial No. 428FG5409, purchased 2/81, for $582.75 (and M-100
Regency Scanner, purchased 12/80, for $215.28) be deleted from
the Road & Bridge Department Inventory and added to the Inventory
of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. One.
