ORDER RESCINDING ORDER NO. 16253, DATED AUGUST 28, 1985
RE: TWO SURPLUS TYPEWRITERS
On this the lath day of November 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray seconded by Commissioner Lich ,
it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 16253,
dated August 28th, 1985, Re: Order Directing Custodian to
Take Possession of Two Surplus Typewriters, Serial Nos. 6859723
and 21-9713761 from the District Clerk's Office, For Use Where
Needed, be rescinded.
It is further ordered that the typewriters referred to above
be assigned to the Road and Bridge Department and County Court
at Law.
