A public hearing scheduled at 5:30 P. M. in the County Courtroom
was moved to the District Courtroom to accomodate the large crowd.
A public hearing was held in the Kerr County District Courtroom
of the Kerr County Courthouse on November 30th, 1987 at 6:00 o'clock
P. M., concerning a proposed Regulation Limiting the Use of Firearms
in the Unincorporated Areas of Kerr County.
Approximately 175 members of the public were present at the hearing.
All parties making a request were given the opportunity to speak and
were heard by the Court.
Approximately 54 members of the public expressed their opinions
concerning the use of firearms.
No orders were passed by the Commissioners' Court concerning the
proposed regulation.

Limiting the Use of Firearms in
the Unincorporated Arena of
Kerr County, to be held at 5:30
