APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CLARK & STROAIAN CONSTRUCTION,
INC. FOR ALTERATIONS AND RENOVATION OF THE JUVENILE DETENTION
CENTER
On this the 22nd day of January 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Ray ,
the Court unanimously approved the final payment to CLARK &
STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. for alterations and renovation of
the Juvenile Detention Center in the amount of $2,848.00,
as recommended by Michael Neal Walker, Architect.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the Fevenue
Sharing Trust Fund in the above amount, payable to CLARK
& STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC., subject to releases of Mechanics'
Liens.
(The above amount is the 10~ retainage fee.)
