ACCEPTANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT WITH CLARK
& STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR ALTERATIONS AND RENOVATION OF
THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO
MICHAEL NEAL WALKER, ARCHITECT
On this the 22nd day of January 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously accepted the certificate of completion of the Contract
with Clark & Stroman Construction, Inc. for alterations and
renovation of the Juvenile Detention Center and approved final
payment to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER in the amount of $560.00 for
professional services during the month of December 1986, regarding
alterations and renovations to the Juvenile Detention Center on
the third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County
Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund in the amount of $560.00, payable to 24ICHAEL NEAL
[9ALXER for said services.
