COUNTY TREASURER AUTHORIZED TO DEPOSIT CHECK FROM SYL
CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $50.00 REGARDING PROJECT
MANUAL AND DRAWINGS FOR THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County
Treasurer be authorized to deposit check No. 444 (by
Sylvia Ybarra) for SYL CORPORATION, unsuccessful bidder
for the Juvenile Detention Center.
This action was recommended by Michael Neal Walker, Archi-
tect, since he was unable to obtain the project manual and
drawings for which the deposit was made.
(Check No. 444 in amount of $50.00).
