APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO BE MADE TO REICHENAU BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION,
INC., FOR LANDFILL EXCAVATION
On this the 12th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unani-
mously approved that payment be made to REICHENAU BROTHERS
CONSTRUCTION, INC., for landfill excavation, as requested by the
City of Kerrville, and in compliance with Order No. 16893, dated
October 14th, 1986.

TO LINE THE NEXT AREA OF THE LANDFILL
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the
Court unanimously approved that Joseph Mennella, Assistant
Director of Public Works be authorized to negotiate with
Reichenau Bros. to line the next area of the Landfill at
a cost not to exceed $4,000.00.

SUMMARY STATEMENT
With the approval of the Commissions Court and the City Council,
the City Staff negotiated with Reichenau Bros. Construction Co.
to excavate a portion of the landfill trench to facilitate
certification by the Texas Department of Health.
Excavation of approximately 4000 cy was comleted to expose a clay
strata of approximately three feet on the trench floor.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Payment of $4000 to Reichenau Brothers Construction Co. be
approved for services rendered.
