On this the 23rd day of April 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray seconded by Commissioner Lich ,
the Court unanimously approved the bid award to A. C.
JORDAN, INC., for the Sanitary Landfill Closure, Phase II,
in the amount of $34,750.00, in concurrence with action
taken by the City Council on April 14th, 1987.

Subject: City Council Aqenda Items for Consideration by
County Commissioners
Dear Judge Edwards:
The City of Kerrville's City Council met this past Tuesday,
April 14, 1987, to discuss various agenda items. Two items
that are of your concern are as follows:
1. The Council awarded a bid to A. C. Jordan for the
sanitary landfill closure, Phase II, in the amount
of 534„750. The Phase II closure contract should
complete the work on our old sanitary landfill. The
bid summary is as follows:

2. A partial payment of 53,200 to Blackwell and Asso-
ciates, Inc., was approved. As you recall,
Blackwell and Associates, Inc., is providing the
Airport Advisory~Board with an updated airport
.master plan. They have been compiling the necessary
data, and they are twenty-five percent complete of
their task. The expected date of completion is
scheduled for June 10, 1987.
