NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS
TO SEPTIC TANK REQUIREMENTS
On this the 31st day of August 1987, upon motion made
by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
the Court unanimously approved that a public hearing be
held at the Regular October Term of Commissioners' Court
on October 13th, 1987 at 1:30 o'clock P. M., for purposes
of considering the increasing of minimum lot size for
private septic tank facilities, to a minimum of 22,500
square feet and consider such other changes in septic
tank regulation as may be necessary to prevent and/or

abate pollution or injury to public health caused by or
that may be caused by private sewage facilities.
