APPROVAL TO NEGOTIATE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 2.62 ACRE TRACT
ON SPUR 100 FROM SCHWETHELM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
On this the 13th day of September 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin voting "AYE"
and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said
motion carrying by a majority vote, it was approved that
Kerr County negotiate with SCHWETHELM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
for the purchase of a 2.62 acre strip of land on Spur 100,
adjoining Kerr County Property.

This property is on the Kerr County Tax Rolls at $13,970
- and we would accept a price of $12,000.
