MOTION FOR COUNTY ATTORNEY, GARY KERSEY, TO ARRANGE FOR A
FEDERAL LICENSED ATTORNEY FOR THE JACK SMITH CASE
On this the 12th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously agreed to have Gary Kersey, County Attorney,
arrange for, sign for and hire a Federal Licensed Attorney to
represent the County in the Jack Smith case, now pending.
ORDER NO. 18182
MOTION TO OFFER THE POSITION AS HEAD OF THE KERR COUNTY
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO JOHN WHITEHEAD
On this the 12th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved offering the position of Head of the
Kerr County Environmental Health Department to Mr. John
Whitehead at a salary of $28,000.00 per annum, effective
October 1st, 1988, to be reviewed in six (6) months.
