Catherine [dahrrnund Pendle ]ii 11 Wallingford, F'11 19086 Subject: Proposed Right of Way for Realignment of F'hl 783 at Town Creek Dear 1`Is . Wahrmund We have rec^ived your letter of November 5, 1988 concerning the State property we wish to exchange (blue shaded area). In regard to this property, we have indicated in the construction plans that the e~:isting roadway will be obliterated and completely removed. We have not proposed planting trees in this area, however the area will be covered with topsoil and seeded and placed back to its natural state. Enclosed is a drawing showing the steel posts and railing that will be placed at both ends of the bridge. We feel that after the existing road is removed and the railing is placed your fence line will be better protected. In regard to your question of moving the utility poles, the Kerrville Telephone Company has indicated that it would be very diffi~:ult and costly to relocate the telephone poles to the Camp , Pearl [4heat side of the road, but we can assure you that the existing utility easements on your property will be inside the StatE right of way or against the State right of way and will not form any unusable triangles. We still feel that the "trade" deal is more beneficial to all parties than having the County purchase your land outright. ~"'~ / zrrirr~rr~.-- - • _.- _ ___ - _ - Ais.
