ORDER CALLING FOR A SPECIAL ROAD TAX ELECTION ON NOVEMBER
8th, 1988 FOR RESIDENTS OF HERITAGE PARK SUBDIVISION AND
HERITAGE PARK SUBDIVISION SEC. TWO
On this the 2nd day of August 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved that an election be called for residents
of Heritage Park Subdivision anc Heritage Park Subdivision
Sec. Two on November 8th, 1988, for a Special Road Tax
Election, and that ballots shall be printed to provide for
voting "For" or "Against" the proposition:
"Adopting a 15~ per $100.00 evaluation Special
Road Tax for residents of Heritage Park
Subdivision and Heritage Park Subdivision Sec.
Two",
as recorded in Volume 4, Page 96 and Volume 4, Page 103,
Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas.
(Should this proposition be approved by a majority of the
voters, the construction will be contracted.)

District by Heritage Park Owners' Association, as outlined
in Article 6702-1, Section 4.411 et seq. of V. A. T. S.

On this the 13th day of April 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY",
said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving
establishment of a Road District by Kerrville South II
Owners' Association, as outlined in Article 6702-1, Section

OF WEST CREEK HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
On this the 31st day of August 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with
Commissioners Holland, Ray and Lich and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY", said
motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that an election
be called for residents of the West Creek Heights Subdivision,
for a Special Road Tax Election, and that ballots shall be
printed to provide for voting for or against the proposition:
"Adopting a 15C per $100.00 evaluation Special Road Tax for
Roundabout Lane and that portion of Sandy Lane that lies
within the West Creek Heights Subdivision", as recorded in
Volume 4, Page 107, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas.

voters, the construction will be contracted.)

RETURNS OF A SPECIAL ROAD TAX ELECTION FOR RESIDENTS OF WEST
CREEK HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION CANVASSED & TABULATED
On this the 9th day of November 1987, came on to be considered
by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the
results of the Special Road Tax Election for Residents of West
Creek Heights Subdivision, held on November 3rd, 1987, "Adopting
a 15C per $100.00 evaluation Special Road Tax for Roundabout Lane
and that portion of Sandy Lane that lies within the West Creek
Heights Subdivision", recorded in Volume 4, Page 107, of the Plat
Records of Kerr County, Texas, and to levy annually ad valorem
taxes on all taxable property with the subdivision to redeem
$17,300 principal for the purpose of the construction, main-
tenance and operation of paved roads, or in aid of these purposes
within the Subdivision. The Court having canvassed and tabulated
the returns of the Special Election are of the opinion that said
returns are true and correct and should be approyed.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Ray seconded
by Commissioner Holland , the Court unanimously approved that
the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Page 63,
Record of Election Returns of Kerr county, Texas, and as certified
thereto by each member of the Court, are in all respects approved.
