On this the 1st day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved amending Orders No. 18024 and 18027 to
reset the Special Road Tax Election for residents of Oakridge
Estates Subdivision, Heritage Park Subdivision and Heritage
Park Subdivision Sec. 2 for January 21, 1989.

ORDER CALLING FOR A SPECIAL ROAD TAX ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 8th,
1988 FOR RESIDENTS OF OAKRIDGE ESTATES SIIBDIVISION
On this the 2nd day of August 1988, upon motion trade by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the
Court unanimously approved that an election be called for
residents of Oakridge Estates Subdivision on November 8th, 1988,
for a Special Road Tax Election, and that ballots shall be
printed to provide for voting "For" or "Against" the proposition:
"Adopting a 15C per 5100.00 evaluation Special
Road Tax for residents of Oakridge Estates
Subdivision",
as recorded in Volume 9, Page 109, Plat Records of Kerr County,
Texas.
(Should this proposition be approved by a majority of the
voters, the construction will be contracted.)
