was unanimously approved by the Court that the firm of GRANT THORNTON be Toyed to audit the records of County
and Precinct Officials of Kerr County for the next two fiscal years, beginning October 1st, 1987, with the fee for'
the year ending September 30th, 1988 to be in an amount of $18,500.00. Any additional money for single audits will
be a Line Item and the County Judge be authorized to sign the letter of acceptance.

On this t'ie 28th day of September 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of setting salaries of I
elected officials of Kerr County, pursuant to applicable laws of the State of Texas; and it appearing to the ~
Court that said salaries and allowances have been agreed upon through budgetary processes.
Motion made by Ccmmissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the
elected officials, as published in the paper, receive a 4~ pay increase, with the exception of the four (4)
Commissioners, whose increase was tabled pending further investigation.
