CONA'IISSIONERS' COURT CONVENID IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday, September 22, 1988 at 10:03 o'clock A.M.
with all members present, with the excepiion of CacĒttissioner Holland, Camtissioner Prec. #1, and the following
.proceedings were had:
COMMISSIONER RAY, Prec. #2, stated that since abstaining was considered a NO vote, he was leaving the meeting
while the vote was made on claims and accounts. Ca[Ēnissioner Ray left the roast at 10:05 o'clock A.M.
NO. 18127 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 22nd day of September 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the various Camnissioners' Precincts
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Taw Library,
Kerr County Public Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, Traffic Safety, Indigent Health Care, Loop 534 R/W and 216th
District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Ccata[tissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Lich and Baldwin and County;',
Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray excusing himself and leaving the roan until the vote had been
declared unanimous by the three mfrs present, it was approved that said bills be paid, with exception of InvoicE
